Commission Process
Initial Idea
Get in touch and let me know what furniture you would like me to make. Ideally we’ll schedule a face to face meeting, or certainly a phone call, to discuss your ideas. I’ll ask lots of questions at this stage and encourage your input. It’s important to me to get as much detail as possible to really help me understand what you want. We’ll also discuss budget and any timeframes you have.
Based on our initial discussions and the details you give me I will design your furniture, producing 3D scale images to help you visualise your furniture. This stage is a process that can take several passes until we get a design you are happy with. We do not progress to the production stage until you are completely satisfied. Once you have approved the design and quote a 10% design fee is payable prior to production. This is deducted from the final cost.

Production
I set to work creating your bespoke piece of furniture giving you an estimated completion date. Towards the end of the build I will be in touch to confirm delivery.
Delivery
Delivery costs are included in the original quote.
